TightVNC is un-encrypted connection, except that the password, which is max 6chars sent over a 56 kb DES encrytion (still crackable). I know that there are quite a few like UltraVNC, TightVNC, and so on. I am looking for a safe VNC alternative for TeamViewer or RealVNC. After spending several hours on the phone with him, I realized that it isn't getting anywhere. My father lives in a different country and I need to help him with somethings on few computers there. I am not sure if this question has been asked here before.
